Keto Acai Bowl Recipe:
500-700 cal
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 – 1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbs hempseed
Stevia
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Coconut chips
2 tablespoons pecans
A few blue berries
About 500- 700 calories
Add coconut milk with hemp seed, chia seed- let it sit overnight
Next morning (blend almond butter – optional) and mix in stevia
Garnish with pumpkin seeds, coconut chips, pecans, and berries
Lunch/Dinner:
3 oz White fish or ground turkey
1 cup Green Veggie
half Avocado
